Yoga and Sound Healing

Come join us at the beautiful Pepin Labyrinth Yoga Studio for a morning of healing through gentle yoga and a sound bath!

Julie Domres with Willow River Yoga will guide you through a gentle yoga practice to help your body relax and unwind, preparing you to rest for your sound bath. Then Maria Voorhees-Reincke with MVR Healing will play a beautiful soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments to facilitate deep relaxation and further healing.

Yoga mats and props will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Also plan to bring a pillow, blanket, and water bottle.
