Room Just in time for the Winter Holidays, the talented team of Mary Deneen, Martha Winter & Judy Krohn will guide us through the techniques of rolling and baking this traditional Nordic flatbread, and share some creative ways to serve it. Minimum 6 Maximum 12 Students Instructors: Those who shop at the annual cookie walk at Immanuel Church in Pepin will be familiar with Mary Deneen and Martha Winter’s Scandinavian Christmas treats. Judy Krohn continues to inspire cooks with her vast knowledge of food traditions and flavors.
