Holiday Meal Cooking Class: Christmas Day

A complete holiday feast! For this class we will prepare:

• Tortellini in Brodo Soup
• Manzo Beef Roast in Red Wine
• Baked Patate al Forno in garlic and fresh rosemary
• Fagiolini Saltati (sauteed green beans)
