Mysteries of the Lake Pepin Area

(donations accepted) Monday, March 31, 6-8pm, School Library Goran Pesic, whose interesting and entertaining presentations on Pepin area history have drawn standing room only crowds, has collected 150 mysteries of the Lake Pepin area, from crop circles to giant fish to flying machies to bank robberies, drug cartels, murderers, bull sharks and Vikings. And, of course, Peppi the lake monster. Instructor: Goran Pesic is a resident of Pepin, father of two, and social studies teacher in Pepin Area Schools interested in local history including the broader area of Lake Pepin. He was born in Belgrade, Serbia, and has been a resident of Pepin since 2003. He loves science and history, and besides Once Upon a Lake in Pepin he wrote other historical accounts including textbooks that his students use in school.
