Cemetery Walk

Sat. Oct. 26, 4:30-6pm, Oakwood Cemetery, Pepin The tombstones in the oldest section of the Pepin Cemetery mark the burials of the pioneers who settled in Pepin in the mid-1800s. In a “cemetery walk” community actors play the parts of some of these pioneers while visitors meander from grave to grave to hear their stories. Do you have an interest in one of the early tombstones at the cemetery? Register soon to be a presenter. We will work with you to help prepare a script and costume. Presenters must pre-register. Those who pre-register as audience will receive reminders and updates. Donations will be accepted. This is a cooperative presentation by the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum and Pepin Community Education
