Step back in time and see what soldiers and their families experienced during the Civil War.
The Second Minnesota Battery of Light Artillery Reenactors will be back at the Pepin County Heritage Center in Durand, WI on Thursday, May 9th from 2-4 p.m.
A model 1861 Civil War cannon named “Babs” will be at the courthouse!
Five education stations with topics including:
-events leading to war, women’s roles
-music, life of the solider
-laundress, Soldier’s Aid Society
-artifacts & small arms
-M1861 Parrott rifle w/limber
